How do I get the right case for my iPhone?

When will my order be dispatched?
We ship to all countries around the world from England, UK As we are a manufacturer and al skins are MADE-TO-ORDER only, Our dispatched time is 2-3 business days.

 

What happens if my order is delayed?
As we use a third-party provider for delivery, please note there may be delays in their schedule. We endeavour to ensure all our orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

 

What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
Please check your orders upon arrival; if you face a problem with any products ordered online, it is pivotal that this is reported to our team within 24 hours of receiving your items.
Please note: We will accept responsibility for items that are damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. 

 

What happens if my item is out of stock?
Where an item is out of stock, a notification will be issued to advise this and dispatch will be issued as soon as the item is made available at our warehouse. In cases where multiple items are ordered, we will dispatch the available products and organise delivery of the back-ordered item separately.

I placed my order after 5pm, on the weekend, or during a holiday weekend when will it be shipped?
All orders are processed and sent to get prepared for shipment the following day. If order was placed on the weekend or during a holiday weekend then order will be processed and sent to get prepared for shipment the following business day. Once again Monday-Friday 10am- 6pm MST 

 

Why does my order take so long to be delivered?
As previously stated above, we have fulfillment centers in different areas. Best case scenario, orders are delivered in 8-12 business days. Unfortunately they can also take 10-15 business days to arrive. We were told this directly from the post office and all we can do is relay it back to you our customer. Believe us when we say we wish we can have 8-day delivery.

 

There is no tracking updates within few days , my order was lost ?

The answer is NO .Please follow your delivery schedule range ( 10-12 business days ) , Some orders which was shipped from overseas location should pass custom control and as soon as it cleared ( usually within few days ) , updates will appear on system with Estimated Delivery Day. In case you do not receive your order within specified days , please contact us.

 

My order says delivered but I haven't received it, where is my order?
In this scenario you the customer must email us to let us know of the situation. We then contact the post office for your zip code and open a case for your particular tracking number and address. If the post office confirms the package is lost or has been delivered to another address by mistake, then retrieval of your package will be attempted. If your package can not be retrieved then you can request a refund or to have another item mailed to you.

 

Why haven't my messages be answered?
We have many messages to answer, we operate Monday-Friday 10am- 6pm MST we respond to all emails in a timely manner and in the order they are received please be patient.
